Standing Seam - Flat Roofs
We run out and finish all of our own standing seam metal roofing. Our profile is a 1.5" snaplock and is always installed using 24 gauge metal.
Straight Bay Roofs
These can be fabricated using a standing seam panel or manually breaking them up. This particular project was fabricated all from flatstock in a 24 gauge painted galvalume.
Concave Bay Roofs
These types of roofs are all hand-cut and broke from start to finish. We use crimpers to curve the panels to fit each roof.
Turret Roof
This specific turret roof was covered in individually cut copper panels to form to the shape of the conical roof.
Barrel / Curved Roof
These types of roofs are fabricated from a flat sheet and can be covered using the lock-seam method or have standing seams.
